General 
All dogs using Paws At Manor Farm must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the secure fenced paddock. 

Please do not enter the paddock until the previous user has exited the field with their dog(s). 

Every booking is for a maximum of 55 minutes only (unless multiple consecutive bookings are made). The hirer must ensure that they have exited the field within this time so that it is available for the following booking. 

All dog waste must be picked up and deposited in the bins provided.

A maximum of 5 dogs with 5 people are permitted in the paddock at any time.

Payments, Cancellation & Refunds 
Payment is made at the point of booking on our booking page via card payment. The payment will appear as Farrant Farming Ltd on your credit card statement.

Any bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your time slot, unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Refunds take 3-5 business days to reach your bank account.

The paddock 
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the gate is secured whilst in the paddock. 

No litter is to be left anywhere in the paddock as this can be a risk to future hirers and their dogs. 

The paddock and fencing is inspected daily to ensure the security of the paddock. However, if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. 

In poor weather conditions, the paddock may become muddy. It is up to the hirer to bring suitable footwear and clothing for the weather conditions for the time they are using the paddock. 

Hirers must inspect the paddock to ensure that it is suitable and secure for their dog(s) (fence height, size of mesh holes in fencing, etc.) 

Please take care walking around the paddock as the ground may be uneven in places. The owners of Paws At Manor Farm will not be held responsible for any injury to clients and/or their dog(s) in relation to the ground or paddock conditions.

Children are welcome in the paddock but must be supervised at all times by an adult. 

Please do not climb on the fence or gate. Any breakages or damages to the paddock fence, shelter or trees will be paid for by the hirer.

Any use of any of the dog agility equipment or toys is entirely at the user’s own risk. We will accept no responsibility for any injury, accident or damage to owner, dogs or personal possessions from the use of the equipment or toys.

We reserve the right to close the paddock at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to hirers in advance.

Dog Handling and Health ​
All hirers must ensure that all dogs using the paddock must be wormed and fully up-to-date with all vaccinations.

If your dog, or any dog that it lives with, is showing signs of ill health, please do not bring them to the paddock.

Prong collars, choke chains and electronic devices are not permitted, and harsh handling of dogs is not allowed. 
 
Data  
We only retain your contact details to contact you in case of a change in booking or any extenuating circumstances that require contact with the hirer. The information is not shared with any other parties.

Responsibility 
Paws Paddock holds liability insurance. However, we will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of Paws Paddock and the use of Paws At Manor Farm shall be entirely at the hirer’s own risk. 

We will not be held responsible for loss, injury, theft, damage or accidents sustained to individuals, animals or personal property whilst using Paws At Manor Farm or on the property. 

All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owner’s risk. We accept no responsibility for accidents, damage or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises. 

The booking agreement does not create any rights over the land and the hirer accepts Paws At Manor Farm owners maintain full control and possession of the paddock and parking area at all times. 
 
The 5 minute changeover period should be followed to ensure that there is no crossover between bookings/hirers. 

 

If you arrive early for your booking slot, please remain in your car until the previous hirer has left the parking area.
